Beautiful Baking Blog: i am baker

About: As part of our food blog inspiration features, we wanted to highlight some of the most beautiful baking blogs we’ve found online. Some of these blogs are old, some are new- but they’re all awesomely beautiful.

i am baker

With the tagline “confections, creations, and lots and lots of calories”- well, how could I not love this blog?

The truth is, I discovered i am baker because of her wonderful Heart Cake (includes a tutorial!) – but once I checked out the rest of the blog, I was hooked. The food photos are gorgeous and bright, and her collection of recipes- while small- are well-written and include tips for success, which is always something I look for when reading baker’s blogs.

Unfortunately, I’ve been unable to subscribe to her feed. Google Reader produces a “This page may be unavailable or have other restrictions that prevent Google from getting updates.” error. Hope they fix this soon.

All in all, an undoubtedly beautiful baking blog, and one I highly recommend. Visit i am baker »

I just found i am baker for the first time a few weeks ago, and it was one of several RSS feeds I couldn’t subscribe to in recent weeks. I didn’t know if it was just me, a coincidence, or Chrome. It’s like all feeds have gone wonky lately.

Great idea for a blog, I find food blogs very useful for inspiration and ideas or simply for something to read particularly as food is one of my main passions.

This is a wonderful blog idea. Blogs should sprout from some kind of an inspiration and this embodies it. It would be wonderful to see the updates on this. Would love to see some great blogs on different asian cuisine like filipino recipe from the author.
